  1. Gary, you were highly recommended by the concierge at Hotel Emma, Hugh. I am the Event Planner for a large Corporation. He said you were at the top of a very small list of people they use. However, we have a large group of people coming for a convention. Also, need something nice but smaller for a few, shall we say, higher ups.

    1. Yes, for smaller groups up to four we use our nice black Lexus SUV so you’ll be comfortable for the higher-ups, as you called them in your text message. But for large conventions, we simply join up with a local Luxury bus/other vehicles operator, depending on the needs, for larger groups. So yes, we can definitely accomodate you!

  2. Hey Gary, will be in San Antonio again in May, and we are definitely going to use YOU. You told us to try out the wine tour of the Hill Country so we wanna do that and a few other things, but I’ll be getting in contact with you about all the details. I’m sure you’ll have some great ideas to customize our tour. My last private tour in San Antonio was really special.

    1. Yes Arthur/ Arty, I definitely remember you: Arthur the artist. By the way, sorry to tell you that Restaurant Gwendolyn closed. A private tour of the San Antonio area Hill Country in general, i.e., Fredericksburg TX to add to the wineries is a nice option. Maybe Luckenbach too. Will give you a call tomorrow. I still have your number.

  3. Thanks for adding this blog. I’m very happy to post positively here because your tour was far better than anything we’d done in San Antonio. But in our private tour of San Antonio you did mention a man who, as you carefully said, “for all intents and purposes” designed the bell shape atop the Alamo. We tried to find the answer on our own but could not. Can you please give me his name again. And thanks again for that fantastic tour, we will never see the city of San Antonio the same again, and for recommendations of restaurants, which we didn’t get to tell you were spot on. Your whole development of the German influence was superbly explained. Barely understood before via other previous touring outfits.
